The biggest party to ever hit Regina’s Warehouse District takes place this Saturday, September 12th from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and is absolutely free to attend. Although we are a little sensitive to Dewdney Avenue service being interrupted again, we are happy to see the celebration offering a Local Tap Patio, the Banjo Bowl on the big screen, live music performances, beach volleyball demonstrations, a local business market, family fun zone and even a presentation from the mayor. Come visit the Bushwakker booth from noon to last call at 9:30.
BUSHWAKKER SEASONAL BEER STATUS. Our seasonally available UPENDI PINEAPPLE PASSION FRUIT SOUR, CHINOOK E.S.B. and BARON BOCK are currently available. Bottles of our famous BLACKBERRY MEAD are still available in our offsale as part of our 2026 Summer Mead Release but they are almost gone. A batch of CARA CARA ORANGE ALE is working its way through the brewery.
Our WEEKEND FEATURE for September 11th & 12th is a GRILLED TOMAHAWK PORK CHOP DINNER. Our Saturday CLASSIC STEAK & A PINT SPECIAL as well as our Monday and Wednesday WINGS & A PINT SPECIAL and Tuesday PIZZA & A PINT SPECIAL are also great value deals. Please note you can also have a pop, lemonade, sarsaparilla, ice tea or coffee instead of a pint of beer if you wish!
It may be September but there are still some warm days remaining to enjoy our summer house-smoked cuisine! Our 800 litre converted beer tank smoker affectionately named, Smokey the Beer, will continue to see plenty of action for a little while longer! Although the 2026 Hop Circuit is now officially over, there are a number of folks who still like to get out and visit all six participating breweries throughout the autumn. You may be lucky enough to find a coveted 2026 commemorative Hop Circuit glass at one of the breweries. At this writing Bushwakker and District Brewing still have a small number remaining.
SEPTEMBER WINE FEATURES: The Red is the PAUL MAS MERLOT from France and the White is the VILLA MARIA EARTH GARDEN SERIES SAUVIGNON BLANC from New Zealand. Both are $8.95 for a glass and $23.95 for a half-litre.

Enjoy lectures on scientific topics of general interest in our Arizona Room over fine craft beer and award-winning pub cuisine. The room opens at 5:00 PM. This month’s lecture is presented by Dr. Zisis Papandreou and Dr. Julia Totosy de Zepetnek from the University of Regina. Get Ready: District Fest Takes Over Regina’s Warehouse District This Saturday
This Saturday, September 12, Regina’s Warehouse District will come alive for District Fest — a free, all-ages celebration of the businesses, people and energy that make the district one of Regina’s most distinctive neighbourhoods. Taking place from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. along Dewdney Avenue and in The Yards, District Fest invites Regina to spend the day rediscovering the Warehouse District and celebrating the soul of the city. From live music and local food and drink to family activities, shopping, cultural performances and one of Saskatchewan’s biggest football rivalries on a giant outdoor screen, there will be something happening throughout the district all day long.
Cheer on the Riders at the Banjo Bowl Watch Party
Bring your Rider pride to Dewdney Avenue!
Following the afternoon ceremonies, football fans can settle in for the Banjo Bowl, broadcast live on a massive outdoor screen as the Saskatchewan Roughriders take on the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. The game kicks off at 2:00 p.m., giving fans a chance to experience one of Saskatchewan’s favourite football traditions together, right in the heart of the Warehouse District. Grab something to eat, visit the Local Tap Patio, find a spot to watch and get ready to cheer on the Green and White.
Live Music Takes Over the Main stage
As the evening approaches, attention turns to the District Fest Main stage for a night of live music featuring Saskatchewan talent.
6:00 p.m. — Darryl Anderson
Start the evening with Saskatchewan singer-songwriter Darryl Anderson.
7:15 p.m. — Indigo Joseph
Regina’s own Indigo Joseph brings their distinctive indie-rock sound to the District Fest stage.
8:45 p.m. — Brayden King
Country artist Brayden King closes out the inaugural District Fest with a high-energy headlining performance on Dewdney Avenue.
And when District Fest wraps up at 10:00 p.m., the night doesn’t have to end. Visitors are encouraged to stick around, explore the neighbourhood and keep the night going at Warehouse District businesses.
Eat, Drink and Discover Local
The Local Tap Patio, open from 12:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., will bring together locally crafted beer, spirits and refreshments from Warehouse District producers including; Bushwakker, Rebellion, District, Copperhead and Outlaw Trail Spirits in one outdoor patio experience. The Business Showcase & Vendor Market will give visitors another reason to explore, shop and discover local businesses, makers and entrepreneurs. And don’t stop at the festival footprint — District Fest is an invitation to discover the entire Warehouse District. Businesses throughout the neighbourhood remain open and accessible, and visitors are encouraged to explore everything the district has to offer while they’re here.
Something for the Whole Family
District Fest is free and open to all ages, with activities and entertainment happening throughout the day. Families can visit the Kids Zone, enjoy cultural and Indigenous performances, catch beach volleyball action, meet members of the Regina Rams and take part in activities happening throughout the festival. DJs and live entertainment will keep the energy going between scheduled programming, making it easy to arrive in the morning and find something new happening throughout the day.
Know Before You Go
Admission: District Fest is completely free to attend.

Where: Dewdney Avenue and The Yards in Regina’s Warehouse District.
Road Closure: Dewdney Avenue between Cornwall Street and Broad Street will be temporarily closed to vehicle traffic to accommodate the event.
Parking: Parking is available on surrounding side streets and in designated areas in The Yards. The Yards can be accessed by vehicle from Cornwall Street during the event.
Transit: Regina Transit stops normally located along the affected portion of Dewdney Avenue will be temporarily relocated to 8th Avenue.
Getting Home: Attendees are encouraged to plan ahead and use transit, taxis, rideshare or a designated driver. Pickup and drop-off should be planned outside the Dewdney Avenue road closure.

TIME OUT – The Magic Lamp
Two friends are walking around a massive outdoor beer festival when they spot a vintage, shiny brass tap handle sticking out of a recycling bin. They pick it up, dust it off, and suddenly a genie pops out.
The genie says, “Thank you for freeing me! I will grant you one single wish.”
The first friend immediately blurted out, “I wish this entire festival field was surrounded by a literal river of ice-cold beer!”
Poof! The grass turns to gravel, and a rushing river of rich stout appears around them.
The second friend immediately smacks him on the back of the head and yells, “Great job, genius! Now we have to pee in the bushes!”
Now this story would have been much more interesting if the genie came out of a beer bottle rather than a lamp.
