Bushwakker head brewer, Michael Gaetz, reports our seasonally available PONCE DE LEON BLACKBERRY RASPBERRY ALE, KAI’S MUNICH HELLES, ENIGMA PALE ALE and CYCLONE BARLEYWINE are currently available. There are also batches of TANGERINE DRAGON FRUIT ALE, BOMBAY IPA and DOUBLE HONEY RED ALE currently working their way through the brewery.
New Bushwakker SUMMER SMOKIN’ SEASONAL MENU out now! Chef Mike has been putting our 60 year-old English beer aging tank which we have converted into a big 800-litre smoker to work! We have been receiving rave reviews on all the new house-smoked dishes! Enjoy our Smoked Pork Belly Bites, Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich, Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwich as well as the smokin’ Big Papa. Yay! We had our Parking Lot Cleaning Day! Although The Dewdney Dig is in full swing outside our front door, we have been making great strides in improving the accessibility and appearance of our back entrance. The new parking lot right across from us on Cornwall Street recently received some additional surfacing material, our back wheelchair ramp received a power washing and the lot directly behind our building also received a heavy duty scrubbing. Accessing YOUR Bushwakker is a breeze by simply coming south on Cornwall Street from 8th Avenue! #defythedig #

This inaugural event promises a great afternoon of live jazz with emphasis on jazzy sax and brass. Enjoy three talented jazz groups including; The Chané Boisvert Quintet, The Smooth Operators and powerhouse mini big band, 8’s Enuff. This free afternoon of music starts at 1:00 PM so plan to arrive early in order to get a good seat.
June 23: Monday Night Jazz & Blues. JUSS SAYIN’. Great and jazz and blues featuring vocalist and guitar player, Jan Seitz. 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM.
June 25: Wednesday Folk Night. SIX STRING KINGS. Talented acoustic string master trio is back! 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM.
June 28: RIDERS HOST THE LIONS. Chef Mike’s favourite team is in town for an early Saturday night football showdown! Kickoff is at 5:00 PM. The Green & White plays host to the BC Lions. Be sure park in either of the free parking lots nearby and then take the free 8th Avenue shuttle to and from the game. And be sure to stop by and enjoy our Chef Mike’s kicked-up LION BURGER & A PINT special before, during or after the game.
Saskatchewan Rolls Back Countermeasures Against U.S. Tariffs

The Saskatchewan government has decided to roll back its countermeasures against the ongoing
While Saskatchewan continues to face 50 per cent tariffs on aluminum and steel, the provincial government has decided to roll back countermeasures against the U.S. tariffs.
This move opens up business to the United States for procurement contracts and it lifts the ban on American alcohol.
While the province did inform the affected industries, there was no public announcement about the decision.
