THE ANNUAL BUSHWAKKER BREWER’S DINNER. Our Bushwakker signature event makes its annual return! This multicourse dining experience is a celebration of the talents of both our kitchen and our brewery team. Each course incorporates a different beer as an ingredient and is paired with a unique beer to accentuate the flavours of the food. This year’s theme is FRENCH FUSION. 1ST COURSE: Pilsener Perogie Tartiflette paired with Kai’s Munich Helles

2ND COURSE: Irish Red Charcuterie Board paired with Enigma Pale Ale

3rd COURSE: Barleywine Braised Beef paired with Pickard’s Oatmeal Cream Stout

4th COURSE: Double Mead Paris Brest paired with Blood Orange Blonde Ale
