The Bushwakker hosts over 100 live music performances every year. Our Monday Night Jazz & Blues nights have been taking place for well over two decades and our Wednesday Folk Nights are also a longstanding entertainment offering. We also feature Celtic acts on our annual Robbie Burns Night and St. Patrick’s Day Party. No other live musical genres are featured at Bushwakker.
Monday and Wednesday night performances begin at 7:30 PM and consist of a 45-minute set with a 15-minute break followed by a 30-minute set.
Performances conclude at 9:00 PM.
We have an in-house sound and lighting system and provide a sound technician.
Artists can load in any time after 3:00 PM.
Sound check is at 7:00 PM.
We advertise the show in the local newspapers, on our website, in our Wakker Weekly electronic newsletter and on our three social media pages. We also have monthly entertainment posters hung throughout the pub. We can seat up to 150 patrons.
