One of our longstanding Bushwakker Signature dishes is our Saskatchewan Hot Plate. We often hear our customers refer to this dish as being the Ukrainian Plate. It features perogies, house-made beer bread, house-made cabbage rolls, fresh sauerkraut and koubassa from the Ukrainian Co-op. For the month of April we will offer a HOT PLATE & A PINT fundraising feature where $10 from each combo will be donated to the Ukrainian Canadian Congress of Saskatchewan to assist the Ukrainian people both here at home and in the mother country. Local artist, Kathy Hancock, has also donated postcards of her Ukrainian Sunflower (the national flower of Ukraine) which will be included with each meal purchase. Posters are also available and proceeds will be donated to the Ukrainian Congress.
Last updated February 28, 2022. The government of Saskatchewan announced that mandatory masking is no longer required in pubs and restaurants. Those who wish to continue wearing a mask are certainly welcome to do so. Hand sanitizer will be available and enhanced table cleaning protocols will continue. Our bar and serving staff will continue to wear masks for the time being. Reservations and takeout service will continue to be provided. If you wish to bring in a larger group, please call ahead at 306-359-7276 so we can designate the adequate space needed to avoid wait times and congestion in our front lobby. We are open Monday to Thursday from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Our kitchen is open until 9:00 PM. Last call and doors locked at 9:15 PM. Friday & Saturday we are open from 11:00 AM until 11:00 PM. Our kitchen is open until 10:00 PM. Last call and doors locked at 10:15 PM. We are closed Sundays. Our Monday and Wednesday Wings & a Pint Special, Tuesday Pizza & a Pint Special and Saturday Steak & a Pint Special will continue. Our popular Soup & Sandwich Specials will also remain in place. Our new regular menu is a touch smaller but still offers plenty of choices. The menu will also only be used once and will then be recycled.

Our Famous Bushwakker Beers
The Bushwakker brews 12 year round beers, over 25 seasonal beers as well as our famous Blackberry Mead which is released on the first Saturday of each December. The brewery has undergone a number of expansions since 1991 to meet the growing demand. Bushwakker beers have taken home 21 national awards and three international awards. We choose to focus on traditional Lager and Ale styles and get creative with our rotating fruit beers and specialty casks presented at our monthly First Firkin Friday events. Being a brewpub and not a microbrewery, most of our beer is sold for in-house consumption and in our little offsale cooler at the end of the bar. Quality – not quantity!
